Should Women learn to be independent?

Today I had a interesting conversation with my colleague. One of the topic was that her boyfriend asked her to learn to be independent and I was telling her: ” If you learnt to become independent, what do you need a boyfriend for?”

I believe that all women were independent in some ways. But at the end of the day, they still like to have a guy to give them a hug when they are cold, give them a shoulder to cry on when they are sad, and give them flowers and sweet words to make them feel important.

In today’s society where women demands equal social treatment as men, no matter how capable is women in terms of career or family, I believe that they need us just as much as we need them. Today, you can find women around you who choose to be single because majority of them in my opinion, were too independent that either their expectation of potential is too high or they seem so out of reach by other guys.

As for me, I prefer women who knows when to be independent and when to depends on me. That may sound difficult to some of you out there but it is actually common sense to girls who have experience in relationships. If you still have no clue of what I am saying, do yourself a favour and go read some books like Man are from Mars and Women are from Venus.

The Frozen Prince

Someone asked me why did I put my nick as prince Adon on my friendster. The reason is simple, I’m a frozen prince, a prince whose heart has been encaged within a frozen chamber, waiting for the right girl to melt it away with her love. Let me tell you a love history of this frozen prince.

Since secondary school I’ve been rejected by countless girls because I’m fat and ugly. It was only till my poly days that my lady luck starts coming as I gotten slimmer and took care of my face. But luck it seems, is not without a sense of ironry. All the girls that I’ve dated broke up with me within a matter of weeks. Reason: Im too nice to them.

The Final blow came during my army days when my girl whom we both have feelings for each other, get to know another guy who is a playboy and ended up with him. I felt sad and angry. “Why did she left me over a jerk whom I know that he will only hurt her in the end?”

From that moment, I realised that girls doesn’t like nice guys, they prefer jerks who will hurt them in ways they never imagine and still wanna be with them. I’ve decided to become one of them. I’ve placed my heart within a block of ice so that no one can ever hurt me like they did in the past.

I’ve became emotionless, cold, shut down and hence I call myself the Frozen Prince. Waiting, waiting for someone to be able to melt the ice and warms my heart like it once was.

Should guys date older women?

My Sister is getting married this late Nov and her fiance is 2 years younger than her. I have chased after girls who were older than me but I’ve never actually dated them, but I believe that there are pros and cons in dating older women.

Pros

• They have been working in the society longer than you are thus generally, they should be more understanding of your pressure in work compared to girls who just wanna have fun.
• They probably dated enough man to know what they want in a relationship so you should not have problem in terms of communication of each others needs and wants
• They will sometimes pay for your meals and movie tickets thus saving you some money
• They are more experienced in bed which saves you the trouble of teaching them the ” Standard Procedure”

Cons

• They maybe the last person you wanna be with on earth if your not thinking about marriage
• They can make you felt inferior because of the success of their career or their higher education
• They have dated enough men to know how to make your life like a living hell should you ever offended them
• Women forgive but never forgets, especially older women. So be careful of what you said if you quarrel with her.

So the conclusion that I have is to date both women who are older and younger than you so you will know which mentality is more suitable for you. =)

Are Singapore Women Materialistic?

Recently I had a chat with my friend who is planning to set up a social escort business including ‘optional service’ to the client. He posted ads looking for suitable candidates and he actually got a few ranging from 19 to 25yrs old, some of them were actually studying in universities. Then I had thought: ” Can Money really buy love or sex?”

I choose to believe that the answer is a solid YES. Go ahead and ask any girl on the to choose between 2 average looking guys, one guy who really loves and cares for her but earns miserable $2000 plus job and another guy who earn 5 to 10 times than what the previous guy earns. I believe that most the girls would choose the latter because they knew that love alone is not enough to get them their favourite LV bag or Tiffany rings. Even the minimum requirement for their other half is same educational standard or better.

Having this belief of mine. I decided to focus on my career and studies because girls will swarm around you when your successful, even if your head is bald and fat as a pig.
